WARRANTY POLICY: Dova Distributors warrants to the original purchaser of the products that We sell to be free from any manufacturers defect as far as workmanship and materials for life of the product under normal conditions. Misuse or abuse will void this warranty. Should materials or workmanship prove to be defective, Dova Distributors will replace the item if it is in stock. If the item is not in stock We will refund the purchase price of the item within one year from the date purchased at no charge. Flaws and cracks are a common occurrence in handle material and are not considered a factory defect. If returned after one year, purchaser must include a brief description of the defect,original sales receipt with the amount and date of purchase,name,address, telephone number,and $7.00 shipping and handling fee. Dova Distributors is not liable in the event of any injury caused by the purchase of these products, or entitles the purchaser to recover damages caused by said products. Please call Dova Distributors for a request for an authorization number if You request that Your defective item be returned.

RETURN POLICY: At Dova Distributors Our return policy for full reimbursement is 30 Days from the original date of purchase to the original purchaser. If You are not satisfied with Your purchase please contact customer service to request an authorization Number for Your return. All returns must be within the 30 Day time Period and  accompanied by an authorization number or will be refused. All returned items must be prepaid. Insurance is an option for the purchaser. Dova Distributors is not responsible for any lost or damaged items by the carrier of Your choice.

PURCHASE AGREEMENT: You must be 18 years of age or older and You must be legally able to purchase our merchandise in Your State. Dova Distributors is not liable for any misuse of any knives purchased and that the purchaser assumes all responsibility related to the merchandise. Dova Distributors does not represent to any purchaser that they may legally own or order any merchandise in the City, County,or State in which They live. Purchaser agrees and holds no claims for damages against Dova Distributors for any accidental cause or misuse of these knives.
